I have read some of the reveiws,and i am surprised,this is a great community!ITs the only one i could find with this very strict gate system,as a matter of fact i live near the front gate .the monitors have offered to walk me to my door in very respectful manners,and are always there all night everynight even on holidays since i have been here,theres a nice service they have for the kids here,movie night as well as,bringing them to different outings and it does not cost anything! i do not have any problems and i dont hear alot of noise,i love it here,the spanish people dont bother me,there are enough black and white people here as well,the manager often asks if everything is ok,or if i have any concerns,which is very nice,and now they are fixing the place,to renew it,i would recommend living here.

You are a neandrathal! My family and I lived there for a year and it was the most absurd place I have lived at! The staff is incompetant, racist, very unprofessional and the landscape is abismal! My 8 year old child got beat up by one of the neighbor's kids, I was molested in the laundry room, and what did Bob say? He said, "You shouldn't have moved your white family into a latin neighborhood." When i moved out with my family, I was expecting my deposit back. They never sent it. Also, one of the ladies that works in the office is a prostitute. My son was outside playing near her flat and he came home in tears because she was outside on her porch naked having sex with some guy and he saw her. So, sir or madam, you have NO idea what you are talking about.. If you think that this place is a great area to bring up a family, then you probably think that maximum security prison is a great family getaway. Did you know that Sun Valley doesn't do background checks or credit checks? You could be neighbors with a murderer or a rapist. Also, the reason why the guards walked you home is because they wanted to take advantage of you. Your just a piece to them. Look, if people want to move to a neighborhood where people get murdered, raped, beat up then that is your thing. Do you want your kids playing in raw sewage? Do you want your kids to pick out every silverfish or termite they see? Do you want your wife or daughter to be molested in the laundry room or have you car completely destroyed? DO you want to be neighbors with someone who has there young kids up all night playing with fireworks? Do you want to entrust your hard earned money with a known prostitute? Also, if you are white, do you want to have Bob come at you calling you a cracker? If you are smart, you will stay away from this place... And as for the author of this review, I think that you, sir, have a lot of issues and may you be happy with the drug busts, gang bangs, rapes and murders. I'll look for you on the news!

I think Bob finally got around to doing something for Sun Valley. Its pretty sad that he has to ask other people to post about this crappy place. I can tell you that this place is horrible - DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE! you will probably be harassed or killed.
