Sun Vally is now refaceing all the buildings and some work is being done to the insides as well,this place will be real nice,the office and front gate people have come up with a plan to make sure there are not alot of subleters here and there i s plenty of parking,this plan also sends any bad charactors out of here as well as preventing them from entering through deception when they fill out there leases!!!!the office staff are listening to the residents complaints about the waterbugs ,this is a heavily wooded area the trees look nice! but there are more bugs,not cockroaches!!!!so they are spaying outside almost daily for prevention this year,this i have seen wiyh my own eyes all this improvment.ALSO,the complex has plannened to open next week a computor room for the kids and adults with volunteer monitors,to watch,help,and an area for students to do homework.this is great for our kids,my husband and i have always been treated well by the staff here at sun valley,its really a nice place,and its really becoming even a nicer place with the new owners and the same staff,that says alot when new oweners keep the same staff,they usuallly dont,we are glad they did! my kids come home from college and visit them as well,about the negative reveiws wow i have never seen this stuff go on,we feel safe,we have the only gate monitoring system around here its great,come take a look for yourself is all i can say

You need to wake up and realize that you will not be able to make that place better until you get the Latinos out!

Finally they are getting a computer room. Did they finally realize this is 2006 and not 1971? Good luck with updating! You guys are about 15 years behind!
