I've lived here for a couple of years and it's a nice place to live. The duplexes are huge and the scenery is nice. There are some nearby apartments that have some bad elements but the office manager does a good job of keeping them away. She is very strict for the rules so if you are a rule breaker, this place isn't for you (i.e. no loud music, strict pet policy, no late rent, etc.). They did have a really good maintenance guy that lived on the property but he has been gone for awhile and no replacement. They have to call someone from another property which takes a long time if at all and no after hours emergency maintenance. I called in an emergency maintenance call and never got a call back, not even the next day.
