If you want ot have to make an appointment, several weeks in advance, to see the Manager than you need to live here. The old Managment had an open door policy and a staff member would always be available to help. Get nicer in the office and Residents might not be so hard on the property or the staff.

The reason why it was an open door policy is because they had so much time on their hands because they were not busy doing the things they should have been doing. Little kids used to hang out in the office - not a professional atmosphere at all!! The grounds, elevators, hallways, stairwells have never beeen kept up as well as now. Kids are being kept under control.

I agree with philly dude. The staff is so busy fixing all the things that were wrong with the place (dirty elevators, dirty garages, kids hanging out all over the place). So what if you have to make an appointment? Besides I have never had a problem seeing any of the staff, they are always present and friendly. Maybe YOU are one of the "problem residents"
