It is a descent place to live considering the last 6-10 years. I have heard some stories about this apartment complex that wasn't nice stories.This community have changed alot .there is not so much drug activities in here anymore.There is no park in the complex for the children to play in other than the parking lot. we have a neighborhood mascot name blue that will bite you if he don't know you .if you live here you are fine. The maintenance sucks . Just pray you don't have a real issue with your apartment and they know what they are doing. the neighborhood is coming up a little and is always improving .AS long as you keep to yourself you will not have any problem .keep it simple with ur neighboors and go about your business.

Yes the complex was in a bit of trouble at the time this was written, but has turned around by about 75% since the first of the year. i like living here and the owner dose every thing he can to help us.
