More than likely the owner or his assistant wrote the good remarks about this place. The truth is the apartments are very nasty and Mr. Cobb does not do anything except tell lies and make false promises. The maint guy is so full of crap. I had mold in my apartment and all they did was paint over it. We have an increase of drug activities here now. They have a little manager that knows nothing about management.
