A friend of mine told me about this site and the comments posted here about the place I live. First off I would like to say the comments written here DO NOT SPEAK FOR EVERYONE AT TEAL POINT. I really think that like most everything else in life most people only write on these types of sites if they are mad. And they may be mad for a lot of reasons some of which may be of their own creation. (one person admitted that they were evicted for not paying their rent, and we all know that when you get behind in rent they don't take personal checks - so if you really had the money buy a money order!)
I just wanted to say the new manager has really been making some changes in this place. The one thing I really want to say thank you for is the new mail boxes. Before the mail was put in regular mail boxes (did not lock). Now the mail is in locked boxes like most every other apartment I have even known has. This is a wonderful change - you don't have to worry about your mail getting stolen out of the box!
A couple of people have stated this is a good place to live if your income is low and you are just starting out it is also a good place to start over - lets face it if this is where you are in life you need an apartment community that you can afford. And if you choose to live here then you have to expect that it is not going to be perfect.
