I lived at this apt while they were remodeling and they only gave us one day to remove everything from the kitchen. When we complained that we needed more time, they gave no ground. But, I did find out that they knew they'd be needing to enter our apt a week earlier. Not great, but they had no excuse for not informing us sooner. Also, you won't get your monies worth for the apt. Even after the remodeling you are essentially getting renovated junk. The location is convenient but that's all you're getting...location. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more money and get more for it elsewhere.
