A great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have been living at the Fairington for 2 years and absolutely love it!! My apartment is spacious and beautiful, I have a wood burining fireplace and a PRIVATE wooded view. I live on 3rd floor and can NEVER hear neighbors. Maintenance is always timely, considerate and thorough.The office staff is friendly and helpful and seem like they really care. Not to mention the location. South Park mall across the street and Phillips Place next door. I would highly recommend The Fairington to anyone.
