I lived here for three years. Location is wonderful. One-bedrooms are spacious. Maintenance staff is efficient. Workout facility is nice. Great water pressure. They did, however, raise my rent $50 after the first year, and $30 after the second. Don't live in a lower level apartment. Sounds like people are bowling above you.
