I liked this apartment. We moved because they wanted to raise our rent $50 at the end of the lease, yet they gave our neighbors, who were moving out two weeks after us, a $0 increase. When asked why they wouldn't negotiate with us, we were told, "We would love to have you stay, but we just don't have the availability right now." Whatever. Oh, and my car was broken into.
