I have just moved to the Fairington and found the staff very friendly and helpful. My three bedroom apartment in large with new appliances, carpeting, cabinets. I have had excellent service by the maintenance staff, enjoy the location and would highly recommend the apartments to anyone looking for affordable housing in this South Charlotte location
