Lovely Place From: Dreyes Date posted: 7/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 photo   I was surprised to see the negative remarks. Typically folks will complain before they will compliment, so I thought I'd tell you about my experience. I lived at the Fairington for 1 year. I'm moving because I'm buying a house. Just for the record the staff is AWESOME!!!! They really have bent over backward to help me with anything I have needed. The maintenance team are really nice guys, quick to come to the rescue, AVAILABLE at all hours, at the drop of a hat. Very clean, comfortable "neighborhood". QUIET!!!! Rachel & Angela are the sweetest people, I have no clue why someone would say otherwise. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, spacious, and had personality. Great access to shopping and such. Most awesome schools. If you pass this complex up because of some of the negative things said here, it would be ashame. I'm gonna miss it here actually.
