Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved to Charlotte in May 2007, to live with my partner. He had already lived at the Fairington for a year, and we decided to stay in his place rather than both move into something newer. I was hesitant at first, as the property doesn't look quite as nice as some of the newer communities in the area.
I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy living at The Fairington. The apartments are very spacious, the grounds well maintained, and anytime there has been an issue, the office staff and maintenance have been quick to respond!
We love being so close to South Park Mall, Phillips Place, and the Taj Ma Teeter (Harris Teeter). All in all, The Fairington has been a wonderful place for us to live!
