I recently moved into The Fairington. At first glance, the place seems like a good value for the location. Well, since I moved in I have talked to my neighbors to find out that the property manager Rachel is unfair, evil, two-faced and bi-polar. One of my neighbors informed me he knew what my annual salary was because he was friends with the staff and Rachel had broadcasted my annual salary to the entire office. I feel that is no ones business but mine.
I also heard other residents talking about a woman named Sylvia who lives near the rental office who was on the Intervention tv show. They found out that she lived here because Rachel was bad mouthing her in the rental office and said she was crazy. It sounds like Rachel is the crazy one. That is so unfair for this information to be talked about so casually.
I have also been made aware that in the past year there have been several home invasions, numerous car thefts and multiple car break ins monthly. I wish I had known all this before I moved in. I do not feel safe here.
Most of my neighbors are not happy here. They just dont feel like moving. So my suggestion is just dont move here in the first place. The apartment value is not worth the drama that I have heard about that goes on here.
The noise problem is crazy too. You can hear everything through the walls.
The apartment itself is just ok. They say the kitchens were remodeled a few years ago but they are cheap and dated. The fixtures are cheap and there is no overhead lighting in the bedroom or living room. The best thing is the size. It is a very large apartment with a nice size bathroom and closet.

I totally agree - Rachel was constantly bad-mouthing other tennants while I lived there. Living at The Fairington was the worst decision possible...

You may have a good case until you posted about the person that was on the tv, regardless of how you came about the information to post that here removes your credibility. You fail.

Anon, I didn't know who she was or where she lived until Rachel told me personally. I saw that episode, but I don't think any of us would have made the connection otherwise. Sylvia is a sweet woman. She doesn't deserve that kind of treatment.
