I have been here since January of 2008 and absolutely LOVE it!! I have been impressed with the size of the apartments and with the quick response team maitenence crew. The swimming areas are so clean and the landscaping is impeccable!!

Whenever I have had a problem (maitenance) it is IMMEDIATELY taken care of within 24 hours!!

The staff is always very helpful and kind.

Highly recommend!!!

P.S. I also feel safe seeing security cruising the parking lot EVERY night.

This comment has to be from a staff member because I know someone who worked there for a few years and the security is an un-marked truck that drives through one or two times a night usually between 11pm and 4 am. They dont "cruise" through very often and you cant even tell they are security. While she worked there (even with the security patrolling 3 to 4 times a night, there were still up to 4 car break ins a night monthly and peoples homes broken into in broad day light. Security doesnt deter all the trouble here. The maintenance staff is great and the grounds are beautiful too so if that is all you are looking for the you will love it here, as far as the office staff, they are not friendly, quite the opposite, which is why she no longer works at The Fairington. Customer service is not a priority. Good Luck!

Actually I am a tenant here and every night that I walk my dog I actually have a conversation with the security man, who drives a MARKED vehicle that says: K-9 security, all over the vehicle. I guess we will have to agree to disagree. Also I do believe that maybe certain tenants have had bad experiences, and I believe that, however I have had great experiences so far at the Fairington, and I hope this continues, because it's not like you can just break out of your lease easily. Good Luck to all who have had bad experiences at the Fairington. Hopefully your lease will be up soon and you can move on to greater things!! Have a great summer!!
