I lived in the apartments for two years and had no real problems (other than usual maintenance). The blonde haired gentleman on staff was more rude and uncaring than anyone. Issues were usually resolved within the week and the only other problem was hearing the child stomp around all day upstairs. Apartments are good area for the money and neighbors are all really friendly. Would definitely live there again if ever moved back to Charlotte.
