These apartments are ok looking. There's nothing special about them, but the office staff are HORRIBLE. They talk about each other behind their backs to the residents that live there. They also talk about residents to other residents. The office staff talks about the salaries that the residents make. They talk about peoples credit score just out in the open. The manager is always PMSing, she's very rude, never smiles, the tone in the office is horrible. I hate that I moved here. The office staff is Ghetto and Dingey not in any way are they up to par with the southpark location, they are VERY unprofessional, always mad. Don't believe me go there one day and I bet you that you will hear the office staff talking about someone in a very cruel negative way.

It's unfortunate to hear that the office staff is rude. I was thinking of moving into these apartments but will not tolerate property managers that are rude to tenants. Who is the current property manager? Is it still the same person from previous reviews?? I was once a property manager and learned that if you are polite to tenants and respect their privacy, that you will receive the same respect in return. and if any property manager is discussing the tenants' credit scores and salaries, they should read the rule books, that is not allowed therefore, you should not be a property manager.
