The model they show you is pretty nice but the apartment you'll get is nowhere hear as nice. I talked to other residents who said the same thing. The carpets are dirty, the plumbing in my place is bad, they didn't clean it before we moved in. The exterior is dirty and looks really old. It's just shoddy, all around. The only good thing is its location. The parking lots leaves no room to maneuver around the cars if you're carrying a load. If someone's parked in front of the walkway when you're trying to move, you're out of luck. The driveways are curvy and no one bothers to look--I've almost been hit at least three times. All of the electrical outlets are upside down.
