I totally agree with everything I've read about the office staff. They are rude, and even when my mother came to help me move in, they talked down to her and treated us like we were three year olds. I didn't know this area when I moved here and when I asked about the road my apartment was beside, (Bevington) the office woman said "Oh, its just an access road, very few cars travel on it." If that is true, why do I get startled by firetruck sirens, ambulances, and speeding cars going by day and night. The worst office employee is Janet (she's the one who told me about the "rarely used access road." The parking places are way too small, one car can fit in one and a half spaces. I did have a water leak late one night and called the emergency maitenence guy. He was helpful and came to my assistance quickly (I didn't have to talk to an office person though, which is why.) My tire was one of the tires that got slashed one night, and when I asked the office people why not put up a locked gate at both entrances, they basically laughed at me. Does anyone know how to cantact the main owner' wouldn't they care all their office staff are good for nothing bitties'
