The Fairways at Piper Glen

The office staff are a complete idiots! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I dont live here, never have lived here, but was looking into it. I went by today to see if I could have a tour of one of the apartments but I'm greeted with a, what are you here for' and when I told her which apartment type I was interested in she was very quick to judge and started saying I had to have EXCELLENT credit and had to make ATLEAST 3 times what rent would be. I said that would not be a problem, didnt understand why I had to bring in $2,100 a month just to even qualify for a $700 dollar apartment. Then she started telling me other things that I had to have in order to do so, I am able to comply with everything she has stated and then all of a sudden she got an attitude with me and had the nerve to tell me that I probably wouldnt like it there. I'm a 22 year old part time student, web designer and drive a 05 bmw 325, I think I can afford these apartments but I guess I just dont fit into the stereotype that suits her. I will not rent here, I will not suggest these to anyone, I'll actually suggest people NOT to rent here. I'm going to put the word out and let everyone know how crumby this place really is.
