DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!! I have been here for about 6 months and made friends with some of the residents when I heard a rumor that one of the maintance workers is listed on North Carolina's official child predator listings, so I did some research and found that it is not just a rumor. I have a 8 year old daughter and do not feel safe. I will not say the guys name but if you do infact decide to move in, ask around and I'm sure it will not be hard to find out which one it is. I called and spoke with the office but they said that he has paid his debt to society and it is no longer their business. Wether he has or not, I still do not feel safe with a previous child predator running around with keys to my apartment...

This poster speaks the truth. This is easily verifiable. Of course, the staff denies it but folks, it is brain-dead easy to find this out. You can even use the "sex offender" feature of this website to verify that he lives and/or works at this place. STAY AWAY! CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING.
