Don't be fooled by the pretty flowers around the office. Take a look at any of the buildings and you will notice that they are in desperate need of a paint job. From the balcony's to the railings, nothing but rust and rot. Stop by when its raing and you will see that most of the gutters overflow. Stop in the gym and take a look at the rusty free weights (which are sparse). Look around the property and notice the dead plants, trees and shrubs. Come by on a Monday and see Mount Garbage at the front entrance. These are just some of the items that need much work. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
