Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I do not recommend - lived here for several years to try and save the money but it's not worth it anymore. Parking is ridiculous, vandals spray shaving cream all over the cars (and profanities in the street), stop signs are strangely removed and replaced at intersections repeatedly for weeks at a time, and I have for some time been convinced one of my newer neighbors is a drug dealer. I had complaints for two years about the person above me and when she finally vacated they moved in a 6'5'' maintenance guy who works for the apartments, who's even louder. Tell me that wasn't intentional. As far as the person who was told they only pay attention to complaints that go to the BBB, let me say from experience, they don't heed those either. Do yourself a favor. Read the reviews - from experience I suspect they are in large part very indicative of the reality, and and not just a dissatisfied few.
