A bunch of trouble and high rent!

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! The grounds are ususally dirty, the onsite maint. man parties all the time with loud music and a bunch of noise, he even came to an after hour emergency at my apartment drunk! The women in the front office are all dumba$$es, ALL OF THEM! I rented a garage for a Saturday start date and when I arrived with my U-Haul full of stuff they never heard of me receiving a garage, thus making me wait 2 hours so someone could give me a garage remote! When I completed the application there was a rental special going on, but two weeks later there was another special and they would not float me down, $50 less a month. I was told I would forfeit my deposit and application fee and have to pay all of this again to receive the lower rate, costing me $225...I have had flesh eating flies in my bedroom and they acted like they would not call an exterminator to come bomb the place. My vertical sliding blinds were broken in my bedroom and they would not replace the first time I asked them too (and there was a peeping Tom on the prowl). Save your money and go elsewhere, this piece of crap is not worth it. And not to mention they charge you $2000 to break your lease NO MATTER WHAT in addition to your deposit, minimum $300.
