Great other than noises and complaining neighbors

I am relatively new to the place and have liked everything so far except the complaining people who live here. Apparently these people think that they can pay pennies for a place and not have any problems. I have looked all around Charlotte and you cannot find a place this clean and decent for such a cheap price unless you live in East Charlotte where all your neighbors will be gang members and thugs. Now that is what you call an unsafe crimeridden apartment, not here. The people that live here are nice people but spoiled in thinking that they can live in an apartment without ever hearing a noise through the walls, ceilings, or outside. Geez people, if thats what you expect go buy a house in the woods. Supposedly I have already had several complaints on my unit and all I do is live normally. I dont stomp around or make any unusual noise but even if I did, there is no law that says a person cannot do laundry or cook or etc after 10 pm. There must be anal people that live here. Anyways, my unit is nice and to me, its all a person can expect from an apartment. The office women have been helpful as well. Dont believe everything written here except that you can expect to here something other than complete silence because this is Charlotte and this is community-living.

you must live on the third floor because you have no idea how it is to be woken up at 6AM every morning by loud neighbors when you don't have to get up until 7:30! See the thing is, this is Piper Glen, a good neighborhood... but look at the cars once in a while. if the rims are more expensive then the car, then this apartment complex might as well be in East Clt. This used to be a good upscale apartment complex until Simpson Housing took over and put idiot leasing agents who are shady to lease out apartments to anyone off the street.
