why the Manager hasn't been fired beats me

Anyone just needds to walk around the property to see it is not well maintained. Simple things like light bulbs around buildings and street lights are always out and not for short periods of time between fixing - can go for months. How mush effort is there to get someone to sweep and clean the buildings - the breezeways - pathetic! Don't get me started ont he wood rot and mold on the buildings

Maybe be firing the current manager will be a wake up call for all the rest in the leasing office who are complacent and act like theyu are doing the residents a favor. Plus a good mitigant for the next property manager. 17% rating, Gee!
