Bad Customer Service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Beautiful complex, loved our apartment layout. However...the staff is terrible. If you can get a hold of someone, and that is a big if...they are rude. Once you move in they treat you terribly. They once dug through our trash, we caught one of the maintenance workers peeking in our car and I once received flowers and the office would not release them to me for 3 days, they were nearly dead by the time I got them. We have had to call maintenance 3 times, each time we had to call between 3 and 4 times and it took 2 weeks - 4 weeks to really fix it.
