maintenance no work

I no like it here. stove no working for 1 year. this guy say its ok, still no working.
this place has garbage on everywhere. my apartment no clean when I first rent it.the carpet very dirty they say will be clean, no clean. my water always is off everywhere.I do not know why everything is no working, and the guy that fix it always in office sit down. I sorry english not so good, no me gusta aqui, I no like it here.
