I have lived in 3 apartment complexes and The Lodge at Mallard Creek is definitely the worst. The staff is the most terrible aspect. They are truly a bunch of fools. They are not organized at all. They lose your packages or they tell you that you do not have a package (even though you know you do) or they do not alert you to the fact you have a package so it just sits in their office for days and days. You can ask about rent and get a quote and then ask another person on the staff for a quote and get a completely different rent quote! I received a notice to renew my lease and it had quotes for a 12 month lease and a 6 month lease. I went to the office to check in to the 6 month lease and they told me they did not offer 6 month leases! No one in the office has any sense and they have no idea what is going on.
