STAFF IS INCOMPETENT- The leasing agents, and property manager have to be from the movie "Clueless." They truly lack all the skills it takes to run this property on just an "average level." From giving out false rent estimates to losing your packages or not notifying you that you have packages, this place is among the worst managed properties that I have ever lived in. The maintenance techs will have to make several trips to your apartment if something breaks because they never have been successful in fixing it correctly the first time. This property does not seem to care about its residents at all. The rent if much more expensive than the surrounding apartments. Words of advice: RENT AT AUTUMN PARK DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET!
