We have lived here for 6 months and have not had many problems. Our washer had a minor problem and instead of fixing it they traded it out for a new one! The apartment itself is lovely and the doggie park is very accomodating. The only complaint I have is parking. There is never a spot near our apartment unless you come home early and beat everyone else.
