Everything you read is true. The fact is it's not the complex or area that's bad it's mainly the people living there (especialy in 3120). Everything from domestic violence, auto theft, and just plain bad inconsiderate neighbors is over there. It's sad because the management does try to make it better with flyers and meetings but they are not trying hard enough to be informed about what's going on and actually take visable action. Oh yea and yes parking is the worst. Other than that for the price it's honestly a nice place to live.
