They do a great job with the lawns and such. I do notice some minor sloppiness with the construction (not painting under counters and cupboards not squared).
The electricity is expensive, windows are NOT sealed well. I could feel the air pouring in during the winter.
I felt safe and secure during the night. They do allow pets which is great.
There are a lot of college age students here, most likely because it's so close to UNC Charlotte. Not a lot of parties... but a lot of young people.
Climbing wall is usually broken when I've been in there. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
