Very sad and truly bad for all the renters. I truly hope that the office and owner of this place will screen people more carefully or we will not become a high crime area! It is not so important to fill all the vacancies--what is more important is with whom you fill them . You keep upping the rent and good renters move--leaving you with people that we don't want living here. Have you ever considered giving your good renters a break on their rent'' How about rewarding non trouble makers and people that are quiet and follow all the rules. Think about it when their contracts come due--could lead to a safer place to work and live. Just my opinion!

I am a resident here at the Lodge at Mallard Creek and I have no clue what they are talking about!!!!! We love living here and the staff is still all there. And we did have a credit and background check done on us and that is what made us feel safe to live here. If you read the standards they ask all residents to have, you will see that they will not accept anyone with a prior record. Get your story straight!!!

I have lived here 3 years--this person needs to read the paper or get a TV--wrong apartment complex!!

This isn't true...check the police reports or the newspaper. This happened at a completely different apartment complex halfway across the CITY!
