I've read through the reviews and am shocked. I've lived in this community for nearly a year and love it. Obviously, some of these reviews are written for 'shock value' likely by former tenants who 1)wanted to party it up and found this wasn't the place and 2) were probably kicked out for being the kind of tenants that don't live here now. Let's face it people, this is a big city and things happen - particularly when you have a high number of people living in a concentrated area - happens in ALL apartment complexes whether they'll admit it or not. And yes, in response to the reviewer who is trying to freak people out with their "Staff murdered by boyfriend' headline - I did my research and yes, their was a homicide here - YEARS ago - and it was a crazed ex-husband on a mission (hello people, that can happen anywhere). Bottom line is, if you check the current crime stats, rather than going for shock value, then you'll find that the crime here is INCREDIBLY low relative to other communities in the area. Not only that, staff is very tuned in to tenant safety and takes it seriously.
