The staff is the biggest weakness -- they either don't care or aren't competent or both. If you have a package, you'll have to go back two or three times to convince them you REALLY do have a package and get them to finally locate it. The parking is terrible, there's no security, they let a lot of the little appearance details go. For instance, there were two apartments on either side of us that were vacant for several weeks, both on the ground floor. There were flyers and papers and phone books piled up outside the doors for the entire time -- looked terrible, and it was obvious they either never came by that part of the complex or did and didn't care that it looked slovelny. Lots of pet/parking/grilling violations, some committed by the staff, no one seems to care. Floor came apart in the kitchen, part of the cabinets too, dishwasher was terrible. If you put in a service request, plan on calling back a couple of times to remind them. Overall, too much money for what you get.
