Iam moving after having lived there for almost 3 years.It took my car being stolen from the parking lot (which is not well lit at all)for us to move.No letter was sent out at all to the residents about it and no safety changes were made at all!I very very rarely see a security guard at all.Then one of the women in the office received a fax from our bank clearing up a miscommunication then proceeded to call my fiancee an "idiot" not realizing he was standing in the doorway!Rent is way to high to be in North Charlotte and constantly hearing about armed robberies and apartment breakins at the complex and seeing nothing done about it!The apartment is wonderful but I never feel safe!!!
