Well. This is my exp. with the Oaks.

1) The people that cut the grass every week have a bad habbit of getting mud all over my car..every single time. We have complained on several occasions and nothing was done about it.

2) The painted the apartment complex at the same time they painted my car.. what a headache! They seem to deny it all.

3)"Gated Entrance" HAHAHA what a joke. When the gates do work, they only work halfway causing you to have to enter the wrong side and cause peoblems for the people exiting.

4)Spiders , Bees , Random bugs...

5)Good thing, i asked for my ice maker to be replaced and it was replaced.

6) I resigned my lease and they wanted me to pay more!! WHO IN THE HELL WANTS YOU TO PAY MORE WHEN YOU RESIGN. EVERYOTHER PLACE WANTS YOU TO PAY LESS AS A COURTESY!!!

SO DON'T RESIGN
