Government housing across the street tends to attract a criminal element. It comes in waves. There will be a long period (6 months) where nothing happens and then boom! 20 cars get jacked, apartments get broken into, and people start getting mugged.

The maintenance staff is AWESOME though. Management is OK. The gate is a joke however.

It was a nice stay for me until my car got jacked, neighbor got robbed, and some elephants with a bowling hobby moved in above us. Then we high-tailed it out of there.
