I lived at The Oaks for 2 years and I loved it.
It's a newer property, which I wanted.
The schools and people are better on this side of town.
I'm not saying it was perfect but for the most part it was great.
The office staff was great very personable, friendly, and I never felt like a resident more like a friend.
The maintenance was friendly too and got the work done.
The gates seemed to have been everybody's biggest issue, but I saw people tailgate in and no one can prevent that.
If someone was behind me and not using their gate card, I would go very slow in the gate.
I loved the parties they threw.
It was alot of fun.
And to the others who felt the property was not a good place to live, if you want perfect living, good luck and let me know when you find it.
