all i wanted in an apartment was to feel safe not be woken up in the middle of the night and have a half way decent experience.
Well, i did not get that! Yes, the apartments are clean.
However, an unreasonable amount of maintainance is always needed and usually its the same thing over and over.
No one is looking out for the decent residence its the crazy ones that ruin it all and i wish management could get a better handle on it.
For example- lets find some way to make dog owners accountable for the poop left on the grass or walkways and the trash in the bushes.
And these gates0 why have them.
They serve no purpose- I know its not your fault the gates are broken -you should put up a security camera and charge whomever it is that is causing the gate to break.
anyway, you've lost another resident.
