I just moved from another Equity Residential property and the quality of that name follows them everywhere! I am been nothing but satisifed with the staff and with the apartment. I can tell that this area is changing for the good and can't wait for the new mall to open right down the road. My neighbor has lived here for 6 years and he loves it still. He has told me that many things have changed in the last year, making this one of the best properties in Charlotte. They are a little pricey, but it is worth what you get in return. I've read a couple of things that were listed on this, but nothing really to worry about. I thought that the gate would never work, but I've been here a month and nothing yet...the office even told me that there are cameras facing the gate now, so problems are very rare.
