The gate problem is huge.
It's such an inconvenience that it's always broken.
The staff is ok.
Nothing great!
They do charge more monthly for you to resign your lease.
You would think that they would offer a discount to keep you as a resident, or at least keep it the same.
There are several other apartments nearby that are better for the same money or less.
Water pressure sucks-Can't even get my hair clean, and the drainage is horrible.
Something is always broken and they aren't too quick ti fix it.
