This place was awful! I lived there for a year. They raised my rent by $50 when I hit the 6 month mark.
They advertise this place as a safe and gated community, this couldnt be farther from the truth! Car break-ins every weekend-literally! Windows smashed/slashed(Jeeps), tired slashed, body damage done, etc... They say ther have a 'security guard' but I have only seem him once. If they had someone circle the grounds MAYBE a single car would get broken into, but not 10 in one hit. They spend money on stupid stuff like remodeling the office rather than fixing the crappy gate, installing survellience cameras, or hiring a REAL security guard. I never even felt safe going to my car at night or even early in the morning--it is not a safe place at all and is poorly lit!
They do not care about the residents. Actually, I think they want you to move out really soon so tey can get another $800 security deposit from someone else(you never get it back, even if the place is left perfect).
Nothing ever gets fixed there, and the grass always looks crappy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is not worth the money!
