I have seen the security guard and have not heard about any car break ins. I do agree the gate does not work half the time, but when it does...any and everybody can drive on in behind you...so what's the difference. As for management, they just want money...pay them the rent, put them in their place when they try to get smart with you and they leave you alone for the most part. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to requests....I had to call them 3 times within my first month. Note that this place is pretty old, so be prepared to put the maintenance number on speed dial. Parking sucks!!
