Imoved here from california from another equity apt not having seen these apts in person but only online. My 1st night here I was greeted by flees in my apartment. I had already unpacked all my belongings and had to pack them again, I called a cab at 3:00am in the morning and went to stay in a hotel for a night left a msg for mgmnt of the problem, it was the worst experience the they were all in the carpet on the bathroom floor. I had three baggies of flees, both killed and alive flees it was awful. Upon my request they did deduct the hotel stay from the rent but did not offer me a ride from the hotel which was 5 miles away since my car had not arrived yet, I had to pay $10 both ways for there mistake in not knowing and totally shocked that flees were there, if it were not for the evidence I am not sure if they would have believed me, mgmnt saying they were in that apt and did not see anything, until one jumped on her when she went to go ck it out. They offered me another apt, bigger for the same price I was paying for the flee infested one. It was nice but I was still uncomfortable and not settled from the incident. I went to the new apt and the flees followed must have been in and/or on my luggage because I spotted a few flees again, keep in mind I did not get into the apt until 6:30pm I noticed the problem about 10:00 but it got worst and more were coming out as the night went on, I explained I wanted the new apt sprayed although I don't think they were in the new apt prior to my arrival. I think they got on my luggage I have to wash all my clothes and you would think they would accommadate me until this problem was fixed, I have to be out of the apt for 3 hrs, in a city I just moved to without my car. Not to mention the apartments are not thoroughly clean like they should be for a new tenant, check the tub and tile in the bathroom you may want to clean and bleach everything once you move in.

did you ever think you may have brought them when does it end nag nag nag want want want never enough never your fault and just so you know I have ALWAYS cleaned my new place when I mmoved into to it anyway-to think you wouldn't want to wipe things down and clean it your way so you know it is CLEAN makes me wonder aboutthose fleas Maybe you should have moved into something newer since you are so picky not almost 12 years old!
