I have lived here 8 years. Recently bought by a new company and is now under new management. From what the office staff tells me, we should expect to see some good changes from this new co. I am anxious to see what they will be. So far they have started renovating the apartments and are even offering the upgrades to current residents. Really nice upgrades! Anybody coming to live here will definitely get their monies worth for sure. The office staff is still the same and very friendly. I am glad they all stayed on with the new co. Usually that doesn't happen and I was afraid I was going to have to move if the new co. was not as customer oriented.
