Have lived here for over 2 years now and for what we're paying the service completely SUCKS! The office staff is NOT friendly, the maintenance workers DO NOT know how to fix anything, and the overall living conditions are not pleasant.

We live in a rinky dink 1 bedroom apartment with cheap carpet, cheap cabinets, cheap fixtures and cheap everything else! There is not enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants per building so it's a struggle to get a space.

We've also had problems with ant and gnat infestations! The walls are so cheaply made along with the rest of what we have to live in, that we can basically hear everything that's going on outside our door and windows! They were pretty cheap on the lighting in the parking lot as well.

If you want to go walking around at night, good luck and it's better to bring a friend.

We've had several car break-ins and even a few apartment break-ins.

The gate is CONSISTENTLY BROKEN!! If you don't have the internet and you need to use the business center, you'll be graced with the office staff talking badly about some of the tenants and each other- Which is very unprofessional and extremely rude! So if you need to address a problem with them or have a concern about something, you can most likely count on that you will be talked about behind your back after you leave.

Would most definitely NOT recommend ANYONE to live in this apartment complex.

They have recently been bought by a new management company and the only changes we have seen so far, is that we'll have to be charged up to $150 EXTRA A MONTH for apartment updates- Which consist of different ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, etc.

Which is certainly not worth paying that much extra money.

They've recently had to replace all the sprinkler heads in the apartments and have hired shady, very unprofessional characters to do it that makes you worry about what will happen to your stuff while they're in your apartment.

They will tell you they'll be in your apartment one day and they won't actually show up until 3 days later- So you're never sure when they'll actually be there either! And last but not least, if you're bringing your furry friend along to live with you, beware, because the new property management will be charging new tenants not only a pet fee but also pet rent.

And, don't expect them to make picking up after your animals easy for you- They have absolutely NO pick up stations where you can dispose their waste.

But yet they expect it to be picked up.

I guess they want you to carry the fecal matter all the way up to the big garbage disposal everytime you take your dog out for a walk.

And they haven't mentioned putting any of those up in the near or distant future either.
There are other problems that I can go into, but I think I've painted as good of a picture as anyone will get.

Please, don't move in if you're thinking about it--Go somewhere else!!!

Um....yeah, $150? for upgrades...NOT. It is anywhere from $40,$50 to $65 more to have your apartment upgraded. This person is on crack. Also, there are pet stations, guess they didn't stick around long enough to find out. The company before charged me pet rent so again this person must be on something! As for the gate, if people would quit hitting the damn thing it would work! They now have 2 onsite courtesy officers that are both CMPD. They finally got rid of that no good patrolling company. All they did was sleep. Since the courtesy officer's have been put in place, knock on wood, things have gotten pretty quiet around here. Plus the property now has a community watch program. If you complain and don't go to these meetings, shut your pie hole. Any hoo, this is a nice place and appears to be getting better! My lease is up in 2 months and they are not doing any increases at this time! Awesome, especially if you come in on a good special which they seem to be offering all the time. Oh yeah, didn't the crackheads I am responding to look at their apartment before they moved it? Duh.
