Just for those of you who are reading this and considering moving to this place... be wary of what you read on this website. You can be sure of two things. The first is that any of the good reviews on here are written by the hag of a property manager. She words reviews differently just because she thinks she is so smart and you are so stupid. Welcome to Oaks staff-resident relations. There is not one person who has ever lived here and dealt with these people that would say anything good about that experience. The second thing is that if you write a bad review, the hag will break the rules on this website and respond, despite being a member of the staff at the apartment and not being allowed to post anything. You could take this as a sign that the staff genuinely cares about the image and perception of their property. Don't be fooled. That is a joke. If they spent a small percentage of the time they spend trying to swindle and coerce people into moving in here through deception on actually making the oaks a better community, this might be a place worth looking at. Too bad.

Dear Resident of The Oaks, I am sorry you feel as though this is not the place for you to live. Unfortunately we cannot please everyone and I am sorry we were not able to address the issues that you are having. Had I been notified, I could have answered your concerns face to face. As for the hidden fees you speak of, I would really like to know what fees you are speaking about for we do not have any hidden fees. Your lease agreement clearly states any and all charges that each tenant is responsible for. We take pride in our property and we do enforce our rules to protect the property and each and every tenant living here. We are not a car shop and have these rules set in place for a reason. It is the LAW to have each pet on a leash and therefore, Yes we enforce that 100%. Please feel free to contact the leasing office with any concerns. Thank you, Property Manager, The Oaks
